If a homeowner in Erie, PA's South Pointe community has a service request or a landscaping request, they can submit their request from this page.  Requests may be reviewed by the homeowner association board for approval.

Landscaping Request

We hereby acknowledge receipt of the Rules and Regulations and agree with all such requirements, which have been or may be imposed by the Rules and Regulations of the
Association.Owner(s) of the unit listed below hereby release the Association from any installation, replacement, and maintenance costs associated with the requested landscape additions. Unit Owner(s) further agree that the Association has the right to assign additional assessment fees if said Unit Owner(s) do not properly maintain landscaping.

We hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Association for any failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations concerning added landscaping, including reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenditures, reasonable attorney fees, upkeep, costs, and expenses. This agreement is to hold binding to current and all future owners of said Unit.
