In the category of New Construction - $900,000 - $1 Million, Maleno's masterpiece shines along the shores of Chautauqua Lake in Asheville, NY. This custom-designed lake house is a testament to innovation and luxury. With an open floor plan, a vaulted knotty pine shiplap ceiling, and a captivating stone fireplace surrounded by built-in cabinets, the residence exudes sophistication. The second accolade was bestowed in the Outdoor Living - $50,000 - $100,000 category. Maleno's expertise in transforming spaces was showcased in a breathtaking outdoor patio remodel. Seamlessly extending the home's cathedral roof, the project created a sumptuous covered patio. The design features a Versatex woodgrain shiplap ceiling, a stone gas firepit for warmth and camaraderie, recessed lighting for ambiance, and an outdoor ceiling fan for comfort.
