Countryside Control of Association Transfer
April 5, 2018 letter to Countryside homeowners explaining the process of transferring control of the Association from the Declarant to the homeowners.

How sweet it is when a plan comes together. We have been at Countryside for over a year now. From our very first meeting with Natalie, we felt very confident that all of our needs and wants would be met. After meeting initially to develop our construction plans, most of our communication was done via email. Maleno kept us up-to-date and never missed an opportunity to send us pictures of the progress being made. We are very pleased with the quality and comfort of our home.
