Countryside Condos

In 2011, we had Maleno Builders build a home for us in the Countryside subdivision off of Old French Road. Our experience working with Maleno Builders has been a great one! They have established a great program when working with their customers to build them a home. Our first experience was to visit a model home in our subdivision. The model home was beautiful due to having quality materials and excellent workmanship. The home was so impressive that I told them, if they could duplicate this home I would be very happy, and they did.

Once we selected the style of home to build, we sat down with a Maleno employee and selected the materials to be used in our home. During construction, we had several walkthroughs so we could evaluate the different phases and give them our approval. When the home was complete, we had a final inspection and at this time we had them fix any item we did not like. You do not have a closing until your 100% satisfied. The material and the workmanship are guaranteed for two years when PA law requires only one year.

After living in the home for awhile, there have been a few minor issues and they were taken care of in a day or two.

In summary, our experience with Maleno Builders has been excellent. We found the employees we worked with to be trustworthy and they have honored all of their commitments to date. They have met their commitment to building us a quality home.
