Erin brings a passion for organization, collaboration, and helping clients bring their dream homes to life. With five years of experience in the construction industry and a background in project management, Erin uses her CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification through the Project Management Institute to help guide homeowners through the pre-construction process with confidence and care.

As Pre-Construction Manager, Erin enjoys building relationships with clients and helping transform their ideas into a clear vision for their new home. She takes pride in being a trusted resource throughout the planning process, ensuring each client feels supported from concept to completion.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys giving back to her community as a foster volunteer with the Ashtabula APL, where she helps dogs prepare for their next chapter in forever homes.
