We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist our team. Our reputation for high quality and high value requires someone who is people-oriented, customer-focused, and works with a high sense of urgency.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls
- Greet and direct residents, contractors, and visitors
- Resident correspondence using multiple communication tools
- Maintain electronic filing system and retrieve documents from filing system
- Write maintenance requests
- Prepared documents including leases, letters, emails, reports
- Prepare automated calls
- Process payments
- Coordinate events
- Order office supplies and maintain inventories
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects among constant change
- Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well others
- A customer service enthusiast with commitment to exceptional resident service is a must.
- Interest and ability in learning new technologies
Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Appfolio, SAGE or YARDI experience a plus!
