Building the Erie Community

Since 1976, Maleno has been in the custom home building business constructing over 1,000 homes and apartments in the Erie region. The building of Calico Fields Subdivision initiated Maleno's first residential community. From there, we continued to expand by introducing the communities of Ridgewood, Love Farm, Creekside, South Pointe Condominiums, The Meadows at Summit, Sterling Ridge, Countryside Condominiums, and our newest neighborhood at Harbor Woods at Six Mile Creek in Harborcreek Township.

These well-known Erie communities display the quality and value associated with the Maleno name. We have also established four well-known apartment complexes including Scenery Hills, Lake View Apartments, The Village on Pacific and Shadow Pines as well as The Vista Bella Plaza.
